How have you been sleeping? 

Sometimes it seems like disturbances, restless sleep, and tossing and turning are just a part of life—but they aren’t. Your nightmare sleep situation could become a dream with the help of the chiropractic adjustment!

We have a few tips for you!

  • Turn off the electronics at least an hour before bed time.

  • Use some calming essential oils in a diffuser.

  • Set some time aside to meditate, reflect, or have quiet time before you crawl into bed.

  • Make sure you have been getting adjusted consistently.

What does chiropractic have to do with sleep, you ask? Essentially, it helps your brain and nervous system access the realm of calm that is so important for restorative sleep.
