It would have been super simple for us to whip together a list of 10 things you can do to take care of yourself this Spring...but we have a feeling you already know the things you could do for yourself. You know…get a massage, go for a walk, clean out your closet, call a friend, walk, clean out your closet, call a friend. These things are all helpful to have in our back pocket, but what if your self-care came from somewhere a little deeper?

What if it came from a place where ease, peace and joy were your priority? Where you chose to bloom from the inside --> out.

For the next month, we want to inspire you to make connecting with yourself a priority. That’s why we’ve teamed up with Kristine at The Pivotal Collective to bring you a few opportunities to reconnect with what truly helps you feel more like yourself after a long, grueling winter.

Starting on Monday, March 20th, Kristine will be leading us through a 4-week, self-care exploration on The Pivotal Podcast called, “Time To Bloom”. You can find it on Spotify or Apple podcasts. We will also link them on social media.
