You did the thing. You made the appointment, you came to our office, you chatted with Dr. Renee and she adjusted you… and then you felt so good, you forgot to keep taking care of yourself! Remember, adjustments are a piece of your wellness puzzle—so here are some other things to keep in mind between appointments at intūn. 

10 Things that Undo Adjustments:

  1. “Adjusting” yourself

  2. Jumping on a trampoline

  3. Poor nutrition

  4. Negative emotions

  5. Stress overload 

  6. Toxins in your environment

  7. Toxic personal care products 

  8. Virtual learning or computer work

  9. Poor posture 

  10. Trauma (Big or Small)

Consider working some of these things out of you and your family’s habits! We understand that some of these things can’t be controlled, which is why getting adjusted on the regular is such a big deal, and a necessity.
